Looking nice! Good job fleshing out the left side of the figure, the proportions and general placement of the muscles all look solid.
One bit of warning though, working from posemaniacs can be a dangerous way to learn anatomy because the texture maps don't wrap around the forms with the pose the way they would in real life. I think it would be a good exercise to study from some artists who've broken down anatomy in to something paletteable for artists; I'd recommend Atlas of Human Anatomy for the Artist by Stephen Peck, and also The Human Figure by David K. Rubins. You might also pick up Bridgman's Complete Guide to Drawing from Life for an understanding of form.
